Before you message
Have these ready and it gets solved in one exchange instead of three:
- The name on the order
- Roughly when you placed it
- What went wrong, in a sentence
Delivery running late
Traffic, weather and a full route all push timing back. If your order is past the window you were given, text us and we will find out where the driver is.
Nobody was there
Drivers wait a short while, then call. If that call is missed, the order comes back with them and we will arrange the next attempt with you directly.
Wrong or damaged item
Message us the same day, with a photo if you have one, and we will put it right.
ID and age checks
Every delivery needs a valid ID matching the name on the order, over 21. Without it the driver cannot hand anything over, so keep it nearby.
Outside the delivery zone
